SUITSUPPLY F/W 2018

My favorite time of year has come, and to kick it off, I’m previewing a few pieces from the current Suitsupply F/W Collection.

As is usually the case with this Suitsupply, the details of the fabrics are my favorite. The  brand historically stays true to (perfectly cut) classic menswear pieces, so the fabrics are often what set them apart above the rest.

Look No. 1

It doesn’t get much more simple than this: a blazer, wool trousers, a striped shirt, boots... and a cortado. But look a bit closer and you can appreciate some of the subtleties going on here: the classic pleats and side tabs on the trousers, the texture and quiet-green tone of the jacket. Add to that the fact that it all fits perfectly, and this is an outfit you’ll never want to take off.

Look No. 2

As much as I enjoy dressing up in blazers and smart trousers, I’ve definitely made the most of this cultural shift of (people constantly) dressing down. Whether you’re running errands or just running around the city with friends, it seems like you’re rarely out of place in a pair of modern joggers, sharp sneakers, and handsome top(s). Needless to say, I snagged two pairs of these sweats for our upcoming Europe trip.

I seriously can’t get enough of this body warmer. The fit, texture, and buttons are perfection!

This seam detail, along with the texture, helps these joggers stand apart from the rest of the pack.
