DENIM ON TOP

While chambray has been, and continues to be very relevant in both menswear and womenswear styling, another trend that has (re-)emerged is the denim shirt. It's pretty funny actually, because when chambray became ubiquitous a few years ago, it felt like it was serving as the denim shirt's cooler alter ego (a la Stephan Urkel to Steve Urkel). But now, with the seemingly legitimate 'normcore' movement in full effect, this dad-friendly shirt is becoming the item to have... for now.
