As we begin to turn the corner into summer, we decided to take advantage of the warm weather by having a picnic before the heat becomes infamously unbearable. We love living downtown, and one of the questions we get most from friends is whether we ever miss "having a yard" or "being outside". To be honest, while we don't have a backyard, living across the street from Main Street Garden and down the street from the Belo Garden helps break up this "concrete jungle".

Also, throughout our nearly 10 years together, we have always strived to keep things fresh in our relationship and constantly date one another. We've never actually enjoyed a picnic together, so we decided to take advantage of the gem that is the hill at Belo Garden and take in the scenery with some delicious snacks.
