SPENCER HOUSE

As we mentioned, Airbnb played host to us in San Francisco last week. They flew us out there, but more importantly, they put us up in a place selected for us by their staff.

Now I must say, the Spencer House may not have been our first choice for lodging, but Airbnb nailed it! They placed us in this beautiful 3-story Victorian home on Haight Street. The house was quintessential San Fran-- bright colors, bay windows, painted exterior details; while the interior looked like something out of a movie. The Haight-Ashbury neighborhood was great too-- fairly centralized and within walking distance of several quality coffee shops and Buena Vista Park.
