DOWNTOWN GIRL

I grew up in a very small town outside of Lubbock, Texas, better known as Idalou. This small town girl had aspirations of living in a big city. I dreamed of tall buildings, busy streets, and passing strangers on a daily basis.

City living set the tone for a dreamer who felt trapped in the country and offered a glamorous outlet that I longed to be a part of.

Dallas is a place that Eddie and I call home. Even though our city isn't L.A. or New York, it is truly special in its own right! I find myself getting excited about new eateries, storefronts, art, and the increasing amount of people that find themselves here. It's such an exciting time to live in downtown Dallas!

I love my city, and I am a VERY proud resident of my 'hood! Eddie will have to drag me out of downtown kicking and screaming (if and when that day ever comes, lol)! Until that day, I will enjoy every minute of being here!
