HELLO SPRING

Well, it's time I wave my white flag and officially throw in the towel for winter-- it's over.

While it is nice and gloomy today, it's mid-March and we've been enjoying 80-degree weather this week. So in the spirit of steering into the skid, I'm all in for spring and am not looking back (for now, at least). According to many, it's about a week too early for these white pants, but I've never prescribed to the Easter/Labor Day rule. I say if it's warm and sunny out, wear white-- white pants, white shoes, etc.!

So while I am always a bit sad to bid adieu to winter, I welcome spring with open arms and just hope it sticks around a while. Now excuse me while I go search for a patio!
