PURPLE HAZE

Love is truly in the air for 2016. Did I tell you guys that Eddie and I were invited to ten weddings this year! TEN!

With love on the brain, we decided there wasn't a better place to shoot than the spot where we took photos "for Yesi's portfolio" (aka The Proposal). However, this time there weren't any planned surprises. (phew!!) Since we were in the heart of the Arts District, I found it quite suiting to wear a standout piece. This lilac shift dress made it very easy to move around in as we strolled around the area. I also wanted to top off this outfit with the perfect shades, so I switched out the lenses of my mother's sunglasses to fit more appropriately-- definitely my Elton John moment! Needless to say, you will definitely see me sporting this dress to one (or two) of the many weddings this year.
