A WONDERFUL TIME
Eddie and I spent our 'free' time last weekend by digging for inspiration to push our creativity. Often, we enjoy creating mood boards and finding images that we would like to use to express ourselves.
However, most recently, we found ourselves completely consumed by a documentary on Netflix about the renowned photographer, Slim Aarons. He amazed everyone by the way he captured affluent individuals and their lifestyles through photographs.
I was quite surprised to learn that Eddie had a little something up his sleeve. You see, he and I are alike when it comes to gift giving. When we are so excited about giving a gift, we cannot even hold water! This weekend was no different.
I had been lusting over the Gucci mules, but I really couldn't find it in myself to spend that amount on a pair of shoes. It must have been in the air because Eddie asked if I wanted my birthday gift early...uh, duh!?! Lo and behold, he bought me the coveted Gucci beauties.
Being inspired by the luxurious photos of Slim Aarons, Eddie could not wait to capture these new shoes. And what better place than one of our favorite set of stairs downtown?
