THE PERFECT LAYER

Because I bought this shirt-jacket in the summer, I haven't yet featured it on the blog-- but please believe that I have worn it every chance I've gotten!

We were at a gin event at Hide a few months ago when Angelee and I bumped into a familiar face. We had a great conversation with him and his friends (which even led to all of us meeting up at Beauty Bar the next night), but the whole time I just wanted to blurt out "WHERE DID YOU GET THAT JACKET?!?"

SO I DID.

I literally bought it that same weekend. In so many ways, this is the PERFECT jacket for transitional weather. From summer to fall, it's a light layer to throw on to add to your outfit, and from fall to winter, it can easily be layered under a larger jacket. I'm sure you're tired of hearing bloggers say this, but: you will seriously see me wearing this piece OVER AND OVER again.
