Need to know how to dress for the cool and windy, yet sunny days? It's all about wardrobing and shedding the right pieces. The key? TRANSITIONAL PIECES!! Transitional pieces can be found in a sweater, jeans, a scarf, leather booties, and even a dress. I couldn't resist wearing my knit cerulean sweater with my staple black mini for this breezy spring day. I am enjoying every minute of this type of weather before the heat wave of Texas summers.
