CHANCE OF RAIN

On days when you really don't know what this unpredictable Texas weather is going to bring, I like the idea of putting on a light raincoat to brave the (possible) elements. You can throw it on over virtually any outfit for an added punch, and it's so light that you might even forget you have it on.
