AN OLD ACQUAINTANCE

It’s quite evident that I’ve been substituting my suits and blazers for simpler pieces lately.

Some of this is out of pure function (it’s CRAZY HOT out here, y’all), while some is just simply a desire to shift the vibe of my wardrobe to a more casual look. Through this transition, I’ve become reacquainted with a classic garment I once loved: the polo. My love for polos never went away, but I definitely wore them less frequently than I do these days.

While I do very much appreciate the classic polo silhouette, it’s nice to have found a version that has a unique vintage tone to it.  This makes it much easier to pair with a simple chino/sneaker combo and still stand out.
